Return Policy:

We accept returns on defective products, parts, or accessories for seven days after purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Defective products, parts, or accessories parts must be returned within 7 days. R Martin Limited will repair or replace defective items and pay
for the return shipping.

Any return of non-defective bikes, parts, or accessories must be approved by R Martin and will be subject to a 25% inspection and repackaging
fee. Damages that occur during shipping are the responsibility of the individual returning the
bike or parts and will be deducted from any refund due.

Returns are never accepted on products that have been used. All returns must be in new, unopened condition.

Shipping:

We ship by Fedex, USPS, and freight companies for larger deliveries. All products are packed by hand with extra cushioning to prevent damage.
Your tracking information will be emailed to your email address provided at time of purchase. Most orders ship within 48 hrs or less. Click

Free shipping on electric bikes and the EVD for a limited time in the continental
US.

Reduced shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Email your address for a
custom quote.

Now shipping to Western Europe for flat $350 USD (~ £245 or €283) shipping
charge. Delivery is to our freight terminal at any major airport. You just pay any
VAT taxes and duties and pick up your electric bike at the terminal.  You get
the same low R Martin prices that we offer in the USA.

Shipping charge in the Continental US is $99 for all electric bikes. Charge for the
Ezip electric scooters is $49. Delivery is t
o your door. It costs us more than this for
most of our bikes. We use large cartons with extra protection and bio-degradeable
bubble wrap to prevent damage.

There is
no sales tax charge for shipments outside of Texas. This will offset the
shipping charge and is a great reason to buy direct and have your R Martin electric
bike shipped right to your door.

The EVD sales price includes shipping to the nearest terminal. Residential delivery
with liftgate is $100.

We ship to Canada. Email us at shipping@rmartinbikes.com for a quote. We also
ship to the freight terminal near the US/Canada border where you can pick up your
electric bike on the US side.

Shipping for accessories under 1lb is $5.95. Over 1lb is $9.00. We use USPS Priority
mail for most accessories.

We inspect and repack every bike before it goes out. Some models come in two
shipments. The battery pack is shipped separately in order to reduce the weight of
the electric bike.

There is no shipping or handling charge if you pick your electric bike up in Austin.

We ship products Monday - Friday. Shipment is usually made within 24 hours after
payment is received.  

We use UPS or our freight carrier, DB Schenker, for the fastest delivery. This means
that you will receive your products within 3-5 business days.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your item ships, you can then track the
package from the shipping company's website with your tracking number.

UPS shipments can be tracked at www.ups.com.

DB Schenker shipments can be tracked at www.dbschenkerusa.com.

All shipments are insured. This means that YOU are insured against damage or loss
by the shipping company.
Do not accept your shipment if there is damage. When
you sign, you have accepted your shipment with the shipping company as received in
good condition.

If there are any problems with your delivery, contact us and we will help you file a
claim.

Customers can pick up their online purchase at our Austin retail location. The
address is 2041 South Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX  78704. Please contact us by phone
